Rawikanok Construction Co., Ltd., in which Mr. Prawin Chanthaklai, or Kamnan Nok, who is accused of being an influential figure in Nakhon Pathom Province, was the winner of bids to enter into contracts with government agencies from 2012 to 2023 for more than 1,500 projects, causing damages in the billions of baht.
